Meet your speaker

Philippe Massol is the Managing Director of the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, an iconic site dedicated to wine culture, inaugurated in 2016. A graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Poitiers, he began his career at the Futuroscope theme park before co-founding a consultancy specializing in leisure and culture. Passionate about wine since childhood, he played a key role in the creation and development of the Cité du Vin, with the goal of making it a financially independent and unmissable destination for wine lovers around the world. His approach to leadership is grounded in sincere communication, commitment, and a shared vision with his teams.
